Mills Arthur F. Sr. Art Passed away peacefully Saturday, August 24, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He will be missed by his loving wife of 64 years Harriet; children Art Jr. Robyn & Cindy Brian Campbell; grandchildren RyanMegan, Tyler, ChristopherSarah, Natalie, Katie; 5 great grandchildren. Visitation to be held Thursday, August 29th 10am. Memorial service 11am all at Grace Lutheran Church 1730 Old Hudson Rd. St Paul followed by a luncheon. Private Inurnment.
