Bhupinder Singh Kalra

Sardar Bhupinder Singh Kalra of Phillaur, India, completed his Parmaatma gifted earthly journey on August 11, 2024. 

Bhupinderji lived his life as a Gursikh following Parmaatma’s hukam and faced adversities and life’s challenges with grace, bravery and smile, setting an example for his younger family members.

Bhupinderji’s life’s joy was  being a proud grandfather of 5 grandchildren, Nadia, Norah, Juswin, Sohni and Sohani;  being a loving father to his 3 children Deepal, Harpreet and Harinder; a caring husband to his wife Gurnamji ; loving brother to his sisters Harbhajanji (Kanwaljeetji), Kulwantji (Pritpalji) and Narinderji (Khushwinderji) and to his brother Kuldeepji(Surjeetji); loving father in law to Dr Paul Judge and Dr Neena Singh; a dutiful son to his parents Karamji (pitaji) and Balwantji (biji). His extended family including nieces and nephews loved and admired him; and friends and family enjoyed being in his company.

Bhupinderji’s spirit will continue to breathe through his children and grandchildren. He will live in our hearts and souls as before. His family accepts his departure as Parmaatma’s hukam with grace.

We will gather for private family visitation on August 19 at 3 pm CST. Live viewing will be available online at that time. Family and friends will gather at Sikh Society of Minnesota Gurudwara  at 6 pm for paath.
