Starks, Dennis R. Age 66 of Newport, On April 12, 2013 after a year and 6 month battle with cancer he is now at peace. Preceded in death by his parents and brothers David & Bob. Survived by his wife Lois; sons, Jerald Michelle and Andrew Heather; step-son Adam Steffany Meyers; grandchildren Thomas, Elizabeth, Samuel and Alex; brother Gary and sisters Ruth & Sharon.
