Elaine Marie Luppino

Elaine Marie Luppino, age 70, passed away March 25, 2022, surrounded by family. Elaine was the only girl out of five children of Patti and Tom Luppino. Her brothers lovingly teased her throughout her life how the four boys had to squeeze into one bedroom, while she had a room all to herself. Brother Steve often calling her the queen. Elaine graduated from St. Anthony of Padua High School and continued onto a long career in the medical field. She always enjoyed her work and became very valued by her coworkers. Elaine loved animals - her dogs Grinch and Bear were her fur babies. After they passed, she would volunteer if anyone needed someone to care for their animals while they were away. Elaine absolutely adored her nieces and nephews. She was always willing to help care for them and was supportive in anything they did. In true Auntie fashion, she would often let them get away with things their parents wouldn't let them do. She was always there for them and would lend an ear with words of encouragement and no judgement. Elaine had an amazing laugh and a smile that touched her eyes every time. This was a very strong, independent woman who will be missed. She was proceeded in death by her parents; brother, David; and sister-in-law, Judy. Elaine is survived by brothers Steve (Judy), Tony (Charlene), and Greg (Darcy); nieces, Jena (Brad) Perala, Nicole Luppino; nephews, Jason, Max, and Sam Luppino; great niece, Sydney Luppino; and great nephews Blake and Alec Perala A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday May 11, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm at the Fridley American Legion Post #303, 7365 NE Central Ave., Fridley, MN. In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Elaine's name may be given to donor's choice.
