Kara Noel Blegen

BLEGEN, Kara Noel, age 31 of New Brighton, passed away on August 11, 2023.  Her light and life will be deeply missed by her loving parents, David Blegen and Jill Mattys; sisters, Kelly Blegen and Katie Blegen; fiancee, Patrick Barrows; many relatives and good friends.  Mass of Christian Burial 11am Wednesday, August 16th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 Second Ave NW, New Brighton, MN 55112 (651-633-8333) with visitation at church from 930am until Mass.  Luncheon will follow Mass.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Minnesota Animal Humane Society   https://www.mnhumane.org/
