Leeland Charles Croaker Sr.

Leeland Charles Croaker Sr. Lee age 86 passed away on Saturday July 1 2017 after a battle with cancer. He was a faithful husband great father and grandfather. After a successful career as a beauty salon owner in NE Minneapolis he turned his love of carpentry into a contracting business. He was generous with his time and resources and always ready to help others. He had a tremendous work ethic but also loved a good time with friends family and employees. He was past president of the NE Minneapolis Lions Club and voted Mr. Central Avenue by the Central Avenue Commercial Association. He was most proud of his family and was predeceased by his wife June nee Wason. He is survived by children Leeland Croaker Jr. "Chuck" Scott Croaker Kathleen Ann Marie Wittinger Kevin; grandchildren Nathaniel "Nat" Croaker and Noah Croaker Isaac and Alexandra "Alex" Wittinger. Graveside service will take place on Monday July 10 2017 at 12 PM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery 7601 34th Ave S Minneapolis MN 55450. Family and friends can gather in assembly area #2.
