Leslie Kay Schreier

 Leslie Kay Schreier, age 74, was a loving wife and mother, who passed away peacefully on Monday, October 21, 2024, from ALS. Leslie was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. She moved to New Mexico as a child and back to Lincoln for her later childhood years after her father’s passing.

Leslie and her husband Steven married in 1986. They raised their family in White Bear Lake, MN. Leslie worked many years at Boston Scientific. Leslie enjoyed knitting, reading, gardening, nature and traveling. She lived courageously every day after her ALS diagnosis. Always doing what she was able to do to help others with a positive spirit.

Leslie was preceded in death by brother, Gary Goodding; and father, Jack Nelson. Leslie is survived by her mother, Jane Goodding; father, Marvin Goodding; husband, Steven; daughter, Mary; sons, Matthew and Brooks Rownd; siblings, Lynne Hughes, and Robert Goodding; nephews, Ben and Alex and their children.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 31 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at St. Andrews Lutheran Church, Sanctuary Building, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi, MN. Afterwards, a luncheon will be held in Fellowship Hall at St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
