Mamie Constance Jacobson, "Connie" reunited with our Lord on April 20th, 2022, surrounded by family at home. The nicest, sweetest lady ever known, Connie blessed everyone she encountered with warm smiles, kind words and a twinkle in her eye. Her abundant love of family and friends was often delivered through her sweet jams and delicious rosette cookies. We are grateful and humbled to know that her work will continue in Heaven. As one of seven children, Connie was born in Pinewood, MN on July 17th, 1935, to Anders and Clara (Haugen) Anderson. She attended elementary school in Debs, MN, before moving to Bemidji for high school. Upon graduation, she moved to Minneapolis, completed her post-secondary education, and became an X-ray Technician at Fairview Hospital. After a career change, Connie retired from General Mills after 20 years of service managing the company store. Connie married the love of her life, Warren Jacobson, on July 10, 1965. They bought a home in Crystal, MN and had two children, Daniel, and Kevin, then moved to Corcoran, MN a few years later to raise their children. She and Warren were blessed with fifty-seven joyful years. Connie cherished her sons and grandchildren, loved gardening, traveling to see family, and chatting on the phone all evening with her siblings and friends while enjoying a hot cup of coffee. Her canning abilities were renown, especially her raspberry jam, which was coveted by many and much anticipated as birthday and holiday gifts. Connie is proceeded in death by her parents, Sister Betty and (Frank) Harrington, sister Karen Anderson, brother Dr. Clayton and (Lila) Anderson, brother-in-law Richard Suydam and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Survived by husband Warren Jacobson, sons Daniel (Julie) Jacobson, Kevin (Amy) Jacobson, grandsons Gus and Ray Jacobson, brother Dr. Paul and (Toni) Anderson, sisters Arlene Suydam, Sharon (Ed) Klotzbach, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her final resting place will be at Hillside Cemetery, Angora, MN, with a graveside ceremony this summer.
