Mark Gerald Blissenbach

Mark Gerald Blissenbach, 73, of Circle Pines, Minnesota passed away on December 29, 2023. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30am on Wednesday, January 17 at St. Joseph of the Lakes Church, 171 Elm Street, Lino Lakes. Visitation will begin at 9:30am at the church. Burial will follow at 2:00pm at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Mark is preceded in death by his father Gerald and mother Jacqueline. He is survived by wife Victoria, a former wife and four children, siblings, Peg (Jim) Hassett, Joan Heinz, John (Margaret), Peter (Renee), Ann (Gary) Anderson, and Paul (Jill).

Mark is graduate of the University of St. Thomas. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam era. After an honorable discharge, he worked as a police officer for the cities of Owatonna and Inver Grove Heights. After retiring from police work, Mark continued his career at Thomson-Reuters and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
