Boyer Norman L. 75 of St. Paul Preceded in death by parents Charles & Dora; brothers Ted, Charles Jr., Duane. Survived by brother Jerry; sister Shirley Rodgers, many nieces and nephews. Memorial service 11am Wednesday at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home 640 W. 7th St 651-209-0073 with a memorial gathering starting at 10am. Inurnment Elmhurst Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
