Patricia Mary Phillips

February 12, 1951 — June 13, 2018

Patricia Mary Phillips (Hoffman), age 67 of Fridley, greeted her Lord & Savior peacefully, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She entered the pearly gates on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 surrounded by family and friends. She was born on February 12, 1951 in New Ulm, Minnesota to Patrick and Doris (Holm) Hoffman. She graduated from New Ulm High School class of '69. Anyone who knew Patty, knows she loved working with children, being a child care provider for over 40 years, and also touched many people through her work as a chemical dependency counselor. Left to cherish Patty's memory are her children, Michael (Becca), Shawn(Sarah), Shanon(Kip) Hasselfeldt; their father, Gary Phillips; grandchildren, Lucas, Lincoln, Nate, Elizabeth, Emily, Ellie, Everly; mother, Doris; siblings, Butch (Vicky) Hoffman, Sue (Ron) Portner, Jeanne Schaefer, Mary (Dwight) Nilson; many other family and friends. Patty is preceded in death by, her dad Patrick Hoffman. Mass of Christian Burial, 1PM Friday, June 22, 2018 at St Bartholomew Catholic Church, 630 Wayzata Blvd E, Wayzata, MN, with visitation 1 hour prior. Private Family interment.
