Rick's Story His journey began on October 19, 1960 in St. Paul, MN. He grew up with two siblings, Boyd (Lori) and Melissa. Rick was blessed with two children, Troy (Anna) and Tiffany. He was adored and loved by his nieces, Tanya (James) and Tara (Kyle), as well as his nephew, Taylor. He was so proud to be a Grandpa to Preston, Kennedy, LJ, and Skylar. Rick was so blessed with many Friends that made his life complete. He is survived by his Mother, Arlene (Jim), as well as his Step-Mother, Carol (preceded in death by his Father, Don). He was called home to reunite with his Father, Don, amongst many other family members and loved ones on January 8, 2020. The way he passed is just like he lived: he wrote his own rules, he fought authority and he paved his own way. If you said he couldn't do it, he would make sure he could. His family tree has a fishing pole and deer stand in it. He would rather be fishing in a boat, cocktail in hand, thinking about God rather than sitting in Church thinking about fishing. Rick taught us to be thankful for all of it. The highs. The lows. The blessings. The lessons. The setbacks. The comebacks. Everything. Please join us in celebrating his life on January 22, 2020 between 4-8pm at the VFW Post 1350 in North St. Paul. 2483 7th Ave. E. St. Paul, MN 55109
